The European Employment Forum last month sent a strong message to EU governments and industry alike with László Andor, Commissioner responsible for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion, leaving us with the message that 43% of unemployed people across the EU that have been job seeking for over a year and with a focus on the rapid growth in youth unemployment, raising once again in Europe the spectre of a wasted generation.
